Sea pollution

Sea pollution is the pollution when some materials contaminate the sea environment through any mode. It pollutes the sea and affects the water which can be dangerous for the health of human beings, impediment sea and affects the eminence sea water. These aspects have been largely increased in some years which have become a major problem for the sea environment.

Reasons for Sea Pollution:

 

The main reason for sea pollution is the garbage and the oil. The oil leakage and oil exploration can affect the sea environment by any means that can be destructive for the sea water. During the period of dry docking, the residential or cargo oil and spills also contaminate the sea water. Some other sources are crude, unrefined substances, waste, oxidants, crude, and oil from industries also cause sea pollution. The period of unloading cargo sometimes gets the waste which also pollutes the sea water.

The other main reason is the waste and garbage thrown by the community, places near to the sea, towns discharged the dirt and waste into the sea, most of the kinds of fishes are affected by sea pollution threat. The substances which are destroying the insects and sea organism harms the plants and marine lives, also the chemicals which are used for increasing the fertility go through the sea and enters the water.

Effects of Sea Pollution:

Sea pollution effects the marine lives and water in many ways that damage the sea environment and contaminates the water. The garbage and leakage of crude and oil is a commercial damage that destroys sea life and gives an unpleasant taste to fish and other sea animals which causes the reduction of their production and value in the market.

The oil and spills when destroys the ecosystems is a threat to human health by many ways such as when the contaminated water is consumed by humans it can cause many diseases which can be severe for lungs and other organs of the body. Sea animals then are eaten by human affects tissues of the body and cause diseases for the respiratory system, cancer, and other severe diseases.

The solution for Sea Pollution:

 

High authorities should take actions to save sea from pollution as the sea pollution can be severe for human as well as sea environment. Another solution for sea pollution is putting the law to prevent the industrial unit to throw its garbage and leakage in the sea.

By increasing the awareness and concern can also be a measure to reduce sea pollution. Education can certainly encourage people to help in reducing sea pollution and avoid them in polluting the sea environment.

The causes of sea pollution which is mainly the garbage deposit from factories and industries should be strictly avoided by putting laws and fine penalties on people who are polluting the sea water. The health of human beings is affected by this contaminated water. So they must take some serious steps in solving sea pollution. The government can make rules for polluting sea by using fine penalty laws on citizens. So that civilians must help the government in solving this serious issue. Higher authorities of the state should give education to the citizen that must include the importance of the sea, and the effects of sea pollution. These steps of laws and principles can work against sea pollution and then the citizens will co-operate for processes to clean up the sea.
